While there is a multitude of issues which can be resulting in this, they are usually made clear by looking at the console / logs for the application when you are selecting the filter.
The two most common causes are:
- that your token does not support the features in that effect,
- You have effects that are not supported by your current version of the SDK (likely legacy 0.x version effects).
